Description
This course provides participants with the knowledge and procedures required by helideck team members to safely service a helicopter on an offshore helideck.
Learning Outcomes
- To provide participants with the knowledge required to safely accomplish assigned helideck tasks.
- To familiarize participants with the features of a designated helicopter.

Please be advised that the OSSC daily course schedules are subject to change and all participants should be prepared for course deliveries outside normal business hours (i.e. evenings and weekends). You will be notified if any such change is necessary. In the event of inclement weather, students should visit www.mi.mun.ca for important announcements regarding class cancellations and rescheduling. Announcements regarding class cancellations will also be on local radio stations.
If you are eligible to receive a T2202A for tax purposes, they will be available on Short Course Registration in February of the following year. Students are advised to log into your Destiny account in order to print a copy of your T2202A form.
