This workshop is designed to provide participants with an introductory overview of the requirements of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system that exists in federally registered seafood processing establishments. It aims to lead participants to an increased awareness of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system by outlining the preliminary steps of HACCP development and raising awareness of the seven HACCP principles.
