Description

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with the knowledge required at the management level as senior Deck Officers and Masters to monitor and control compliance with legislative requirements and measures to ensure safety of life at sea and the protection of the marine environment. This course provides thorough examination of the application of international maritime law embodied into international agreements and conventions, and the national legislations for implementing international agreements and conventions.

The examination must be written with Transport Canada.
