Description

This simulator course gives students practical experience in a simulated MODU ballast environment.

Learning Outcomes

  • To enable students to safely operate ballast and related systems on a simulated MODU.
  • To enable students to detect and react to simulated faults and variables which can take place in the ballast and related systems on a MODU.
  • To prepare the students for emergencies by instructing them in pollution prevention measures.
