Description
As part of the Fishing Master IV curriculum, this preparatory course examines the theory and practice of navigation. This course is structured to develop the ‘hands-on' practical the skill set needed to serve as an officer in charge of a navigational watch on a fishing vessel.A preparatory course does not replace the official Transport Canada exams; rather, it supports your learning, helps you understand the required subject matter, and prepares you to meet Transport Canada’s standards and expectations.
Please note that the official certification examination must still be written directly with Transport Canada.
