This course is a one-day introductory course to leadership. This course will develop an understanding of leadership through the core qualities of a leader, inclusive leadership, team cohesion and creating a vision for your personal leadership brand. Developing a fundamental understanding of leadership and its application through all levels of organizations is critical to organizational success.

Learning Outcomes

This course will develop the participant's ability to:

  • Recognize and analyze core traits to be an effective leader.
  • Understand the importance of inclusive leadership.
  • Identify strategies to improve inclusion.
  • Explore how to lead teams through cohesion effectively.
  • Develop a personal leadership vision.
