Description

The purpose of this course is to enable the Fire Service, Search and Rescue Teams and Emergency First Responders to be trained and tested to the NFPA 1006 Rescue Technician Standard for Technical Water Rescue.

Learning Outcomes

To enable participants to be efficient and confident to perform Water Rescue procedures as a member of an Emergency Response Team. To enable participants to perform the duties of a Supervisor in Water Rescue procedures.

Testimonials

Prerequisites should be provided to administration prior to course start date but students can bring them along the morning of registration.
